Complaints.
We strive to provide the highest level of care for all our residents in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We welcome feedback and encourage our residents, relatives and friends, to bring any perceived problem to our attention as soon as possible. All complaints will be taken seriously and investigated promptly to the best of our ability. All complaints will be treated in strictest confidence in accordance with our complaints procedures. You will be kept updated and informed of the outcome.

Should you or someone on your behalf wish to make a complaint in writing, then it should be addressed directly to the named person above. All relevant postal addresses can be found HERE
At all stages in this process, the complaint and all aspects of the investigation will be documented and kept on file, to demonstrate that due process has been followed. This will be kept confidential, except to the extent necessary for the purposes of inspection and regulation by the HIQA and/or HSE.
